Hailing from Baltimore, MD, I earned my Wings of Gold after graduation from USNA, flying a variety of transport, training and support aircraft. Being stationed and deployed around the world ignited a passion for travel, which continued as an international pilot for UPS Airlines as my follow-on career. I retired for a second time in 2017. While traversing the world had once been my job, it is now a family pursuit in search of new adventures. My wife Rhonda and I have also taken positions as Veteran Advocates with a strong emphasis on VA disability assistance for aging veterans. Other activities include USNA Blue and Gold Officer, USNA 35th Company Representative, Event Planner, Senior Olympian, philanthropic causes and gourmet cooking. We have been blessed with three children, four granddaughters and a legacy of military service to our great country spanning many generations.

Cancer has had a profound effect on my family, close friends and many associates. My daughter is a Family Practice Physician and son-in-law a Pediatric Oncologist who has referred a patient to receive CAR-T treatment. I participated in the 2025 Gulf to Goat Bicycle Ride for Charity in support of the Emily Whitehead Foundation, and will participate in GOATs Row to increase awareness and fundraise for this most important charitable organization.
