Gertie Meier

Gertie grew up in Chesaning, Michigan, as one of eight children. A retired cosmetologist, she now enjoys life in Naubinway. MI with her husband, Mike, a 1975 U.S. Naval Academy graduate. Together, they have five sons and six grandchildren, and family time is one of their greatest joys. Gertie also loves traveling with Mike, quilting, and hosting several fun “quilt camps” for friends throughout the year. She is excited to participate in Goats Row to support deserving causes, including the Emily Whitehead Foundation, and to help make a positive difference in the lives of others.
