Mike Meier

I entered USNA from Corunna, Michigan and remained in the Marine Corps for 5 years.  Upon leaving Marine Air, I transitioned to Consumers Energy back in Michigan.   Upon retiring, my wife Gertie and I moved to Michigan's Upper Peninsula where we live today for 8 months/yr and SC for 4.  We have 5 sons, 6 grandkids and a Lab named Georgia.  My hobbies and passions include flying, hunting, fishing, bike riding and helping others in our community.  I also served as a USNA Blue and Gold Officer for 30 years. I'm rowing in GOATs Row to raise awareness and support of our charities and continue to “Give Back”.  I also look forward to another physical challenge with my fellow classmates.
